The FM of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, reiterated his support to the Colombian authorities to investigate the existence of an alleged plot that aims to attack the life of the president of the Neogranadian nation, Ivan Duque.
Through his Twitter account @jaarreaza, he made a new call to the Colombian chancellor, Carlos Holmes Trujillo, to ratify all the Bolivarian Government’s collaboration.
“We are still trying to communicate with the Chancellor @ CarlosHolmesTru, without success until now. If the Colombian authorities have reliable information with probative value, they should not waste time sharing it. Given such serious complaints, the opportunity is key”, he wrote.
Yesterday, the Venezuelan diplomat requested all the necessary information from the denunciation made by the Colombian foreign minister, in which he refers to the capture of three Venezuelan citizens who would be involved in the alleged attack, but no response has yet been obtained.
At the same time, FM Arreaza hopes that “the police cooperation will serve to investigate and capture in Colombia those responsible for the attempted assassination that was perpetrated against President Nicolás Maduro on August 4”.
