This afternoon, the diplomatic and government delegations from Russia, Belarus and Algeria arrived at the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía to attend the inauguration of President Nicolás Maduro Moros, which will take place on January 10, in the Supreme Court. of Justice (TSJ).
The reception was in charge of the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Jorge Arreaza and then they signed the guest book for the delegations.
In his statements, the Vice Prime Minister of Belarus, Igor V. Lyashenko, said that Venezuela and the European country are currently contemplating cooperation projects on housing, construction and trade. He also extended his support to President Maduro for the start of his new presidential term
For his part, the vice president of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Ilyas Umakhanov, expressed his support and solidarity to the Venezuelan people against the interventionist actions promoted by the United States and the self-called Lima Group.
Umakhanov ratified that Russia will continue to bet on consolidating relations between both countries and accompany the South American country in its economic growth in this new period.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Energy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Mustapha Guitouni said that his visit to the Venezuelan territory is to express the support of the Algerian government to the Venezuelan government and continue to expand bilateral relations.
