PDVSA’s authorities and workers, the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB) and the National Militia received the second Iranian tanker, Forest, that docked on Tuesday, May 26, at the Paraguana Refinery Complex, located in northwest Falcon State.

Economy Vice-president and Minister of People’s Power for Oil Tareck El Aissami announced the arrival of this second tanker on his twitter account @Tareckpsuv and shared pictures of the veseel at the dock.

“Reception of second tanker, Forest, from the Islamic Republic of Iran at the Paraguana Refinery Complex,” wrote El Aissami.

Forest is the second tanker of five sent from Iran to Venezuela carrying fuel as part of the bilateral energy agreements between President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani.
