“Workers of the world unite you have nothing to lose but your chains” The World Federation of Trade Unions [WFTU] Trade Union International Public Services and Allied [TUI PS & A] joins millions of workers around the world and the people of Palestine in demanding the freedom of Palestine children jailed in Israeli prisons by the Israeli government. The incarceration of Palestine Children by Israel is against the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Children as adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on the 20 November 1989 and widely acclaimed as a landmark achievement for human rights, recognizing the roles of children as social, economic, political, civil and cultural actors. The Convention guarantees and sets minimum standards for protecting the rights of children in all capacities.
