The purpose of this National Committee meeting is to discuss next steps to build our Party. What areas need strengthening? What is working? What’s not working? This report deals with some of these questions and ask others to share their experiences in recruitment and engagement of members and what they believe is needed that we currently lack or are not doing. The Organizational Department will frame the discussion by providing some overall experiences and some statistics related to Party growth and/or decline in particular areas. It will look at the types of materials that have been produced or may need to be created. We will also attempt to provide some suggestions and proposals for moving forward with the effort to continue growing the Party.
