On May 27 in Moscow the Minister of Foreign Affairs Natalia Nikonorova made a presentation on the topic “Current situation around the DPR and statehood perspectives” in the framework of international dialogs series “Topical meetings” holding at the MGIMO Institute for International Studies. The discussion was also attended by the LPR Minister of Foreign Affairs V. Deinogo, Advisor to the DPR Head E. Nikitina,, a number of Russian and foreign experts. Natalia Nikonorova gave a short excursus to the history of the Donetsk People’s Republic formation, told about the course of military conflict and real situation in the Minsk process. “The situation with the implementation of Minsk agreements is disappointing at the moment: this process is sabotaged by Ukrainian side.
