Every year the Palestinian People commemorate the killing of 15.000 Palestinians on May 15, 1948 and the displacement of 750.000 others during that period, by the state of Israel (Nakba Day). This year the 73th occasion of Nakba Day is marked by Israel’s raid against the Palestinians in Gaza Strip, where more than 120 Palestinians are murdered and 850 are injured by Israeli air strikes, while Israel has deployed ground forces near the Israeli frontier. In the framework of international Campaign of support to the People of Palestine by the world´s working class, we organize an International Meeting of Solidarity with Palestine on 18 May, 2021. The Israeli incursion followed brutal attacks against Palestinians at Al-Aqsa Mosque area and the efforts to displace Palestinian families from their houses in East Jerusalem.
