PAME took part on Tuesday, September 14, in the online solidarity meeting with the Danish Nurses’ struggle organized by the European Regional Office of the WFTU. Danish nurses have been mobilizing for months, demanding wage increases and better working conditions against the Danish government, which has attempted to ban workers´ struggles with laws but also by using the support of compromised union leaderships. Nurses in Denmark use various forms to continue their struggle, with work stoppages, meetings, solidarity events and the action of new unions. PAME expressed the solidarity of the class unions of Greece in the just struggle of the nurses of Denmark and will continue to be by their side.
