The International Forum of FISE under the title “Teachers’ unions days of struggles in times of the Pandemic”, on the occasion of the WFTU and FISE International Action Day and World Day of teachers successfully took place on October 6th, 2021. The leadership of FISE as well as militant teachers from Mexico, Cuba, India, Mali, Morocco, Western Sahara, Nepal, Pakistan, Greece, Italy, Russia, the USA and Japan, honored the 76th anniversary of WFTU and FISE and teachers Day and discussed about the common challenges their sector is facing, as well as for the strengthening and continuation of their action with militant iniciatives. The WFTU General Secretary, c. George Mavrikos, greeted the Forum, honoring these important days and informing about the next steps of our action.
